This wet food caused horrible, smelly, bloody diarrhea in two separate kittens (a year apart). It was caused by the flavors of chicken and salmon. I didn't realize it was the food until a second kitten had the same problem; after seeing the problem again with my second kitten i tried only dry food for a few days and the bowel movements improved a lot, when i tried this wet food again the problem came back. My poor child suffered from this food until we switched him to expensive specialty food for digestion when all we had to do was wean him.
