Awesome Smart Lights Impressive US Customer Service

After much research I finally got into the world of smart lighting, now I'm wondering why it took me so long! I chose Sunco Smart Lights for three reasons: 1) Based in the US 2) They list a phone number and I actually spoke to a very helpful representative. I had a problem with the connection to the Smart Life app, they told me to try the Tuya app and call back because the problems are still there, that's impressive! 3) 5 Year Warranty (I'm 99% sure it says so in their description). The Tuya app worked great, pulling the big ladder so I could get the bulbs into the ceiling fixtures was harder than connecting the lights. Due to UPS shipping errors and Revain's excellent customer service, I received 2 boxes of 6 each (I paid for all the lights). I was able to install it and get it working by Halloween but that wasn't why I got it, I wanted it before we went back to standard time. I'm very glad I could. Last night I got home later than planned so I had to test the high beams before I got home. All the lights I wanted to turn on were on when I pulled into the garage, no darkness trying to find the lights and then unloading the car. The whites are vibrant if that's what you're looking for, the colors are beautiful, I had so much fun playing the ball game with my team's colors last night! I still play with colors and white light. As a reference for the brightness of the lights, I usually only have them at 10% or less, that's how bright they are. I think using them at 10% or less of their full brightness is quite effective. Not a fan of super bright lights, but you need some makeup! Sunco lighting made this customer very happy. Their customer support over the phone, not just email, is rare in ecommerce these days and I personally prefer it when I need help or run into problems. I would recommend these smart lights to anyone. I think you will be satisfied with the quality and value of Sunco Light, as well as the customer service on the phone number (which is a big plus for me as a consumer). So far I'm very happy with this purchase, I'll update if necessary, I just don't think I need to. Thank you for reading my experience with Sunco Lights and finding help. Now I have to get the interrogation lights, the blinding ceiling fans. I hope Sunco has onions of this size. By the way, these lamps work with Alexa and Google mini, I tried both. If the Smart Life app doesn't work, try the Tuya app. This is what Sunco customer service recommended and the Tuya app works fine for me.
