I like it very much. It took me a while to figure out how to position my fingers around the handle. There are two buttons. One for brushes and one for water. There is speed for water. I bet 4 and almost drowned. Water will flow out quickly, and if you open your mouth and look in the mirror, the water will flow out. Practice at slower speeds first. The water for the tank can be regular tap water which is nice. I just fill it up little by little. After brushing and then flossing your teeth, you will feel really great in your mouth. The instructions say you can fill the container with mouthwash, which is a nice touch. I wouldn't use it for travel.
