I am in love with this bracelet!
I received this bracelet in the mail a few minutes ago and I'm already beaming! Of course, it was a bit difficult to shorten it since I didn't know how to do it. If you have trouble with this, open the bracelet by looking at the end of the clasp (from below) and you will see that there is a small rectangular hole hidden between them. I carefully opened it with a paper clip and was able to pull out the skin and cut open to stretch my wrist. Then put the leather back in and close it again. It should click if you did everything right!
