Doesn't work with rPi 4b

. Based on 2 other reviews that said it would work. After 3 days of trying everything I could find on google and other resources, it doesn't work. I keep getting "Unsupported block size 4096". It's not a total loss, I'll be using the drive for other things much quicker than using a USB 3.0 flash drive for files.
