The customer service, support team is amazing! They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have with their product - they're truly committed to helping YOU succeed as an entrepreneur in your own small biz niche/industry!! It's not perfect but it does what we need for our specific needs at this time (and there isn't anything I dislike about clickcarts). We've been able to use the software since 2013 when we started out so if you decide early enough then there will be no learning curve once set up. Our main focus right now is building relationships through social media marketing & having people visit us physically rather than just go via search engine results pages like some of my competitors do. This helps build trust between us & potential customers because many don’t know who we reallyare yet by being face.
