The ability for my team members at each property we manage in our portfolio (over 100 hotels)to be connected with their guest's social media accounts is very helpful! We also use it as an engagement tool by posting photos from events that are taking place there or just general fun things happening around town/city they stay during stays away from home. I wish more properties were using this service but if not then having multiple locations would make sense so everyone can benefit regardless where they work - even those who aren't managing any particular location directly could still see what other staffs have been doing through sharing posts etc..
