I really like this bracelet. To me, this is a very attractive piece of jewelry, even if it's meant to save lives. It's easy to slip on and off so you can clean that tricky webbing that you know will get dirty with wear and tear. Resizing it wasn't as easy as it looks in the video. I also recommend that you take a pair of pliers and squeeze the tabs of the last clasp (the last one you pull in place to hold it in place) a little to help it stay in place. The way it comes out of the factory is a bit loose for my liking and it looks like it's coming loose. It doesn't have red to get the medic's attention, which is a little disturbing. Also, I don't like that the "engraving" isn't engraved at all and isn't even lasered onto the metal. It looks like it's a sticker or some kind of inkjet print that's applied to the surface of the metal. I doubt it will last more than a year or two hence the 4 star rating. However, I like the bracelet enough to keep it, which gives me enough time to find another one. Or, if the maker was smart, engrave it, put some red epoxy on it and make it MUCH more durable.
