The customer service team at webnic are very helpful, they will go out of their way to help you with any issues that arise! I have had no problems so far using them as my DNS provider for our website hosting services we provide through Hostgator - it works perfectly well without issue or complaint from us (we use cPanel). They offer great value in terms of price but also excellent support when needed which makes this an unbeatable combination. It would be nice if there was more choice available within each category e. g., email addresses etc rather than having all your domains registered under one account/category such as 'web names'. However overall i'm extremely happy working alongside these guys who always do what's best by me regardless how small things may seem like nit-picking points compared against other providers' offerings!! We currently only register new customers via referrals where existing clients can renew themselves.
