Bought for permanent connection to 4 batteries but the eyes don't fit
Most car/boat batteries have 5/16" or 3/8" threaded connectors and I bought this charger to permanently connect to my car batteries. The tabs on the clips are removable so you can do it, but the tabs are only 6mm or just under 1/4 inch. They are not suitable for this. They sell additional eyelet connectors for $12 each, which you can purchase separately for an additional $50. I can wire them up as advertised or I'll have to solder my own connectors which will likely void any warranty.
