I bought this before anyone saw it. I played. I needed a 24 volt inverter that I could afford. I needed this to run my fridge or freezer. This starts both. My battery is a 24 volt 200 amp hour lead acid battery. I made a 10 foot wire harness using 8 AWG wire. We all know that 24 volts divided by 1500 watts does not equal 62.5 amps for 1500 watts on 8 AWG wire. So there is some voltage drop when you try to get more than 300W on such a thin cable that the device shuts down due to the low voltage. However, even with this "less than sufficient" 8 AWG. Harness, Inverter always powers my modern kitchen fridge or freezer. Here's the accent. yes, of course, each of them consumes 100 watts. BUT YOU NEED THE POWER OF THE TRUCK TO RUN! This inverter keeps them running every time. I only found one other block that could run them. But 3 out of 4 of the same article did NOT trigger them. This device seems very good for the price of 109 bills. Of course you can pay $500 and this block will do everything. My budget is not that big. Currently. if you've read this far. I warn you, it has a noisy fan that runs all the time even if you're only using 1 watt.
