It's easy enough so it can be used by people who are not technical or computer savvy at all! This makes our job of training much easier as we don't have someone constantly asking us questions about how something works when they're just trying things out themselves (which happens quite often).
I wish there was more documentation available online than what you find in their help section - but once again this isn;t really any fault from ilerrt itself because most companies won’t provide such support anyway. We've found ways around some limitations which has been helpful since sometimes those restrictions might prevent certain features being enabled/used correctly elsewhere within other systems where problems do occur later down stream if left unresolved until then.
