Review on 🎨 L.A. COLORS Shady Lady Eyeshadow Palette: 18 Color Selection in 0.70 Oz by Carmen Peterson

This item has been used I don't remember ever seeing a use case. And many colors crumble and fall everywhere. I received a new makeup palette and the colors are amazing. Sometimes you need water to get darker pigments on some colors. But I'm very upset because it broke and leaked into my makeup bag. I understand you get what you pay for but I don't think this product should crumble and leak everywhere. And if that's the case, then the packaging it's in should have the teardrops INSIDE and not spread them all over the place.
