The product is well-wrapped, packaged & shipped (kudos to the warehouse package person). It's very easy to install. It has a quick reference instruction & easy to follow. You can install the brackets the opposite way if you need more more room to drill/move the screwdriver (i.e. brackets can face the inside keyboard instead of facing outward like the instruction picture). If you have limited space under the desk, 22 inches is plenty. Absolute smallest space for full keyboard display & installation is 19.5 inch. It fits a regular keyboard up to 18.5 inches, any longer keyboard won't fit in. One of the main reasons I selected this product is because it has clear instructions and exact measurements - fit was my primary concern as it must fit into the available space (both horizontally & vertically) for this particular L-shaped desk next to a built-in file drawer & the other corner of the L is lower. Other products & competitors have great products/quality, but just too big & don't have any/clear measurement indication. Note: It is pre-greased for the rollers.It is not a keyboard holder to "lean" your arms on, remember it's plastic. If you expect the keyboard drawer to take some "abuse" or kid use, I would not recommend it. Once you open the keyboard drawer pass the "lock" position, it does roll forward on its own to display your keyboard. Thus you can't leave it part way, just make sure to push it all the way into the "lock" position to prevent unwanted "sliding" or "rolling out". If your keyboard has extra USB ports, you may need to be creative with using those USB ports & placing those items properly for support.The office supply holding area can hold about 3 pens, I have a big pen & a regular pen in there, they are snuggled. It won't fit any post-it note for sure; an eraser should be fine. In general, a good product for its purpose. Thank you revain & seller.
