Review on Whist by John Bourgeois

I like that they are able to monitor our servers for us without having any technical experience - it's really nice! It makes me feel better about my team being out of sight when we're not actually there because if something goes wrong with one server or another then someone is always available in case anyone needs help right away. The only downside so far has been some minor issues with an older version but those have since resolved themselves (I think). We've had very little downtime due to their service this year which was great as well :D.
