Review on Efficient Stainless Steel Quick Napkin Holder by Simplehuman by Bart Elbrink

I bought based on rave reviews. We needed a napkin holder and wanted one that wouldn't make us pull out a bundle right away. Mine arrived with a slightly crooked hand. I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that I still had more than one napkin pulled out. I tested with a large and a small stack of tissues. It definitely works better when you have a lot of napkins underneath. But the napkins must be right in the stack, otherwise it will stretch a lot. And I wouldn't even call it a "weighted" arm since it's not nearly as heavy as I expected. All in all a big disappointment will be back as it didn't work as planned and came with the wrong hand.
