I bought based on rave reviews. We needed a napkin holder and wanted one that wouldn't make us pull out a bundle right away. Mine arrived with a slightly crooked hand. I didn't like it. Actually I wanted to hate it. I can be frugal with the oddest of things, and $19.99 seemed excessive for such a basic napkin holder. However, I needed something relatively simple for the living room (we spend a lot of time eating in front of the TV - no judgement). If you're reading this and think that $20 is too much for a napkin holder, believe me, you're wrong. This kid is worth every penny. You can put a huge stack of tissues in this thing and just pull out one or three or whatever you want and that's it. Even down to the last two napkins: you want one, you get one. FYI I buy Bounty wipes so I can't speak for every wipe brand but they work great with them. They have little bumps, it's not a smooth cloth so I don't know how they will work. My mom…
