I like that it is easy to use - no need for special training or tech support which are both important factors in my decision making process when choosing an MSP. It also has great reporting features as well so you can always keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening across all of your clients systems. The UI could be improved somewhat but this isn't much of a problem since we have access to their customer success manager who helps us get our questions answered quickly. If you're looking for something simple yet robust then look into Smartthink. They do everything from basic network troubleshooting to full server replacements/upgrades while ensuring compliance.
