Great value and ease-of-use with excellent service

I like that it is easy to use - no need for special training or tech support which are both important factors in my decision making process when choosing an MSP. It also has great reporting features as well so you can always keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening across all of your clients systems. The UI could be improved somewhat but this isn't much of a problem since we have access to their customer success manager who helps us get our questions answered quickly. If you're…

  • Easy interface, low cost per user (which allows me more flexibility), good system monitoring capabilities with alerts if anything goes wrong..all within one platform! Great team at microllan too!! Highly recommend them!!! :)

Great way keep track and manage data

I like that its easy to use for our end users as well as management team. It helps us see trends in our network usage so we can make informed decisions about future upgrades or new devices. The only downside is you cannot add custom fields to your reports/dashboards. Its great if this is something you are considering but it would be helpful if this was an option. Look into other products out there such as Cacti which will give you more options of what types of metrics you want. We have been…
