I like that its easy to use for our end users as well as management team. It helps us see trends in our network usage so we can make informed decisions about future upgrades or new devices. The only downside is you cannot add custom fields to your reports/dashboards. Its great if this is something you are considering but it would be helpful if this was an option. Look into other products out there such as Cacti which will give you more options of what types of metrics you want. We have been able to monitor all aspects of our business from user behavior patterns to application uptime.
