With 5 grandchildren we order many backpacks This year we had to return 2 because of the quality of the filling. This led us to this one. This is by far the best we've gotten so far. The price for the quality is amazing. It's very soft, made from waterproof canvas, not cheap vinyl. Inside 3 compartments: one lined, ideal for electronics, one with zip. There is also an external zip pocket. The adjustable shoulder straps are well padded and durable. We always plan for 2 backpacks per child during the school year, but this one is so well made that it lasts all year round.
