Review on Mission Belt Mens Ratchet Leather Men's Accessories ... Belts by Kevin Bigelow

In theory this belt is a great idea but they made a small mistake in design and execution. I love that the strap and buckle are interchangeable, but here's the problem. Every day before putting on the belt, I have to open the buckle, straighten and fasten the belt. As you can see in the first attached photo, he peels off the skin and one day the belt will come loose and my pants will fall off. This is the result of normal wear and tear after the belt was worn for about a month and has since worsened since this photo was taken last week. I really hope they can see this and fix the situation otherwise it was a waste of money. UPDATE: After about 6 months of normal wear, the leather handles have worn completely (see second picture) to the point where they don't last more than 15 minutes before they fall off. Also, the buckle (black) is very prone to dents and scratches, which makes it look very bad. I contacted their customer service using the online chat function and was instructed to email them my order details and some photos of the damage. Without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement and even modify it a bit, sending a steel buckle at my request as I feel it would be less prone to scratches (and if it did , if it weren't so easily visible). Hopefully this new one will last longer but as far as customer service goes they get an A in my book.
