We were building a second garage - completed the week before Christmas - and needed a skirt to get from the driveway to the garage (we will be doing a permanent tar replacement in the spring) -- we live in the Northeast, so at this time of year everything is frozen. They work great - we bought 2. They are very well constructed and much heavier than expected. If needed, they will likely last for many years in their current application. A bit pricey but worth it.
