We were building a second garage - completed the week before Christmas - and needed a skirt to get from the driveway to the garage (we will be doing a permanent tar replacement in the spring) -- we live in the Northeast, so at this time of year everything is frozen. This is a great heavy duty ramp that won't slip. I bought this for my paralyzed dog as he is partially mobile and likes to run around the house but he has trouble with the threshold leading from the yard to the house. It has French doors and I have one of those ramps in front of one of the doors. The only problem with it is the very strong rubber smell it gives off. Flies into the house.
