For the most part they feel and look to be great as a yoga pant ( I bought them for my granddaughter and she doesn't have them yet),Except for , and this is a big Except. They are described as high waisted and they appear to be . The except for is the size of the waist . It measures to a 23" and the waist band is NOT out of the same super stretch fabric as the rest of the pants. It really doesn't have much stretch at all .
