I like it how you can do some functions in the cloud, so you don't need physical products in place. It's really helpful for those companies who doesn't have much space for the physical product, plus it's always connected with internet. Well, sometimes there are cases where it won't connect with the internet, or you need to reboot the system several times just to make sure everything is working well. But that's normal when using any new technology right? As long as you set up properly, it will work fine. It's good to use it if you're looking for something better than traditional switchboards. You don't need too many people to install them, and everything is automated and easy to manage.
