Review on πŸ•ΆοΈ Spectacles 2 (Nico) β€” Waterproof Polarized Camera Glasses, Crafted by Snapchat (60fps HD Action Camera) by Andrew Agarwal

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I think there is potential. but now the quality is not the same.

(May 24, 2019): Snapchat just sent me a brand new pair. Stellar support once again. Update: I just sent my specs back to Snapchat as they no longer work. I stand by the claim that Snap Inc's free support is outstanding. They printed me a shipping label to send the glasses back and I'm waiting to see if they send a new pair or fix my current pair. I've traveled from sand dunes to the ocean with these goggles and had trouble keeping the cargo area clean as sand particles get in very easily and I've had them in the ocean (near the surface) and they seemed fine. however, for a time they started recording randomly, not when I pushed the button shortly after my trip (when overheating). Old review (January 2019): So far, so good. Snap Inc has good support. I love the Veronica style, but the glass part is cheap and looks more like a piece of plastic than actual polarized lenses. The video quality is also not very good. The recordings look like something from the 80's or 90's. I was hoping for better video quality in a year of small action cameras. but the glass part is cheap and looks more like a piece of plastic than real polarized lenses.
