Don't Lie I read all the reviews before purchasing and almost believed them. But I decided to give it a try, but what have I got to lose? I could always bring him back if he hadn't done anything. It arrived in a plastic bag well padded with a thank you note from the company. The necklace itself does not inspire much enthusiasm. It's just a string. If you have an abnormally large head, you may have trouble putting it on and taking it off every day unless you unbuckle it every time, which I didn't mean to do. I just tied a knot at the end and pulled it over my head each time. I wear it under my clothes all day and so far it has shown no signs of wear. I didn't think it would do me any good until I recently realized that I haven't had panic attacks since I started wearing it. I was sexually assaulted outside my home on July 30th and have had anxiety attacks almost daily since. But since I put it on, I'm not anymore. I can also concentrate on my work longer and achieve MUCH more. I became less distracted. I've never felt any physical signs like some reviewers have, but that doesn't mean it's not for me. It just means it works differently for me I guess. Or I just don't feel any difference. I live out of town in the country, near cell phone towers or something, but planes fly over my house all day. Plus all the gadgets in my life that I simply MUST have. Can I recommend this to someone? Absolutely. In fact, I'm in the process of buying another one for my best friend who also suffers from severe anxiety. I am very worried about her and if it helps her I will be very happy.
