I bought this hoping to help my Restless Legs Syndrome. I've had mixed experiences. Arrived quickly, well packaged. I charged it fully but when I pressed the on/off, mode and intensity buttons it clicked like it was working but nothing happened - thought it was defective and the customer rep agreed and then rushed to one new. before I could return it he even told me not to return it but keep it for myself. But when the same thing happened, I thought again and decided to try pushing harder. If I press the buttons firmly, even hold them for a second or two, everything works fine. And the first couple too. I offered to pay for the second one, but he politely declined. As for the RLS, I'm not sure yet - it feels good, but maybe I need to get used to wrapping my legs around me and experimenting more with different settings. I would like it if the two legs were synchronized so they were massaging the same parts of the legs at the same time. Customer service was great.
