Not what it looks like
In the picture they look like they are made of denim material but they definitely aren't. From the outside it looks like cheap styrofoam, almost like darts. The internal plastic is incredibly cheap and will likely scratch both the Apple Pencil and the iPad itself if I ever put them in there. While there are definitely magnets in the case I tested this although I don't know if they work with the sleep/wake function as they claim since as I said before I don't put my iPad in it.
