I was looking for a chair with armrests and a backrest. I JUST received this yesterday. Aside from poor packaging (fortunately all parts were included so none fell out) and a small issue with one of the wheels (the retaining ring had to be clamped to fit the base). It was very easy to assemble it. Being heavy, it was easy to lift the pieces up the stairs to the office one at a time. To date, this is the most adjustable chair by any measure. More like an executive chair. Most of the parts are plastic so I've yet to see how it holds up over time, but it does what I need in a chair at a price I can afford ($127 with Prime shipping). It offers hand support, posture correction, comfort, adjustability and is easy to switch for the different types of work I do. So right now I'm very happy.
