The only way to fix this is to disconnect the device from the computer, which messes up the data on the SSD I installed and on my phone and tablet when syncing. I despise this product and will be sending it back. Do not buy this version or version without m.2. This junk is sold as a working device, but it doesn't work. It really isn't.
