The most convenient feature is having my emails forwarded to me if I'm not there when it arrives at work; other than that everything needs configuring which can seem daunting for people new - but only takes minutes once you know what's needed (a simple excel spreadsheet would normally do this). Sometimes its difficult getting your email alerts out as they are filtered through several layers before being delivered so often messages get lost along th way etc. Having all notifications available regardless where we may be within our organisation helps greatly though by knowing whats going off even whilst away makes life much easier I like the ability to keep tabs on my employees and their activities. The software is easy to use and intuitive. I have not had any problems as of yet. It is a great tool for tracking employees and keeping them accountable. We are able to easily see who has been at work and where they were during that time and when they left. This helps us ensure our employees are being productive and meeting deadlines.
