My original review: 1 star - Piece of garbage. It installed easily. I connected an expensive wifi timer to it, realized that I needed to change the batteries and when I unscrewed the timer the thread of the splitter came right out.Update 1: Upped it to 3 stars because of the customer service. I got contacted by customer service because they saw my review and they offered me a full refund or a replacement - I asked for a replacement. I'll re-visit this review once I can see how well the new one works!Update 2: Upped my review to 5 stars because of the customer service. I did receive a replacement, and it works without any issues. For the money, I think it's good quality. I have one end connected to a Wifi timer to water my lawn, and one end connected to a hose. Been going strong for about 2 weeks now without any issues.
