This bracelet is fantastic and easy to fit. The butterfly clasp takes some getting used to, but I only chose it for a quick release. The lugs are not quick releases, they are standard springs on either end. The kit includes 3 grommets and a tool to loosen and reattach the grommets. I used to have a solid metal band with links, it's much lighter. I use it on a Fitbit Charge 3 and have reused the full metal band mount. The strap is 18mm wide to fit the adapter. I also removed the "3 links" with sharp scissors. I only removed it from one side as I like to have a long strap on the outside of my wrist and a shorter one on the inside so the dial and buckle are in the middle of my wrist.
