The screen came in a beautifully packaged box. I read the instructions - almost self-explanatory, but did it anyway. The screen attached with "magnetic" ease and was easy to adjust to lift and remove (right in the middle) any bubbles that had floated to the surface. The screen is normal touch, so I didn't have to press harder for the laptop to recognize fingertip actions. I also use a stylus, so that touch with a stylus is also expected/no resistance! A good product!
