Review on Yellow Emoji Backpack - Must-Have School Essentials by Yadira Santiago

Very disappointed. My daughter loves this backpack and its accessories. When the backpack arrived the big smiley face on the front was an obvious stain. We sorted out the products and I decided to try a magic eraser on the marker. It did not work. I asked on this page what they recommend, but I got the answer that they probably won't answer me. So I ordered a second backpack with the intention of returning the bad backpack with new accessories and explaining that the first backpack was damaged. Unfortunately, BOTH backpacks are equally damaged. I attach pictures. My daughter will keep her first damaged backpack because she was so excited to take her new emoji backpack to first grade, but the company should refrain from selling products they KNOW are damaged.
