
You need to invest in your back health and get a backbridge - it's AMAZING! I've had back problems my whole life. and in 2010 I had a FUSION disc. I visit a chiropractor regularly. but I use Backbridge almost every day! In the beginning I started with the lower arch. then 2, then 3, etc. NOW I'm using all of the backbends and stretching the lower and middle back. Be patient. relax and breathe. Relax.
