The coffee lover is here. I usually have my morning coffee and then clean right after to avoid stains as much as possible. Even decades after this procedure, my teeth are not as white as I would like them to be. I decided to add charcoal powder to the mix and see what happens. Came across this product that is "white" instead of the typical dirty black powders. I've been using it daily for about 8 days. I'd say it only whitened my teeth a shade or two at best, which is obviously not ideal. If you're looking for a quicker fix, I believe peroxide gel trays or strips will give better results. Probably the best option is to treat your chopper with a peroxide gel to give it a noticeable white tint and then use that as a daily maintenance product. The instructions say: Apply White Birch toothpaste to the brush and then dip into the powder. I've only made this with store bought shelf paste. I can't imagine using a real branded 'birch' paste would make much of a difference. In the end I would say this is a reasonable product that can give you some shades of white but don't expect professional whitening results.
