Loved it at first because it was so comfortable on the back of the head compared to the Elite harness. But then, after using it for more than an hour, I felt severe pain in the tip of the ear. The retractable hard plastic straps are sharp and positioned to dig into your ears. The pillow for the back of the head also uses double-sided tape. It doesn't hold well, starts to peel off and sticks to the hair. Pulled out some of my hair and caused a lot of pain. Bad design, don't skimp, get something better
