Perfect for Short Waisted, Long Waist Beware
Adorable! Just not on me. I’m 5’9” and long waisted. This dress is cute but the waist was too high (not a-line flattering) which didn’t fit and may be the reason the ruffles are unflattering. Or maybe I don’t need to wear ruffles. Ha! Either way, I didn’t keep it yet gifted my short waisted friend who knows how she "won” the dress.
