Light turns off without both settings. I looked at the reviews before purchasing, didn't see this in the reviews I read. I'm sure if I have a broken light. I'm on the fence about going back. I bought this light because I'm working from home at my second job due to COVID19. I need a quiet place and my bedroom is the only place he is. I have a talkative 18 year old cat. My husband works different shifts so he needs to sleep. I work so he can sleep without lights. I bought it to see the keyboard.
