This lamp is so perfect that I can see the keys on my laptop so well when I want to work in bed. I bought 2 and plan on ordering a few more to give as gifts. small and perfect.

I needed some light for my laptop keyboard. It was hard for me without seeing him. It meets all requirements. Has two levels of brightness. Even the lower setting is bright enough. It illuminates the keyboard well without glaring the screen. Connects directly to a USB port.

I work from home and most of my clients are three time zones away from me. This means I often work in the early morning light as my eyes and body adjust from bedtime to work within minutes. This beautiful little lamp was the perfect solution. It allowed me to keep the rest of the lights in my office dim. while the keyboard is fully backlit. Great device, especially for the price!

The laptop USB lamp is well made, inexpensive and serves its purpose, but has a clear (pun intended) flaw. The transparent/translucent part of the lamp extends slightly over the edge of the lamp and creates annoying glare when the lamp is not rotated towards the screen, which of course means less light on the keyboard. I put a piece of tape on the side of the lantern to fix the problem. sticky but effective.

Light turns off without both settings. I looked at the reviews before purchasing, didn't see this in the reviews I read. I'm sure if I have a broken light. I'm on the fence about going back. I bought this light because I'm working from home at my second job due to COVID19. I need a quiet place and my bedroom is the only place he is. I have a talkative 18 year old cat. My husband works different shifts so he needs to sleep. I work so he can sleep without lights. I bought it to see the keyboard.
