This bag is adorable. Very nicely made, good stitching, good quality zippers and hardware. A nice feel to it for being PU. I wanted a bag that could be a shoulder bag or a backpack. 5/1/2018 Update: This company has the best customer service ever! I emailed the company with my complaint about the bag. They emailed me back within a couple of minutes and requested a picture. Within a couple of minutes of receiving the picture the emailed me back again and told me a replacement bag would be sent to me right a way. I already have the replacement! Okay, truth - I have purchased 3 of these in purple, they seem to last about 1 year before the strap or zipper fails. So, for the price it is a great purse/backpack. Has all the great pockets and storage. I only gave it 4 stars due to the falling apart, but the item itself is good.

I love this bag! My husband got it for me a few years ago and I got one for my sister this past Christmas. I love that it can be carried different ways. The amount of pockets and the size of the main compartment let me carry everything I need for work, or a day out and about. The blue is a great color and my sister really liked the gray.
