For a person who has a family of 5, eats at home most of the time and washes a lot of dishes, these things are just great! We wash so much dishes that it just didn't make sense to have a dish dryer. We just had too many plates, cutting boards, lids and water bottles to dry. When I've used dish dryers in the past, they didn't hold enough dishes and made the counter look cluttered. I've switched to bar mats for drying and love how much space they give me, but I've found that all water bottles take forever to dry and sometimes I didn't have enough pegs to support trays, plates and covers . .I found YAMAKAZI organizers and decided to try one of their bottle dryer products. Well, it worked so well for kids' plastic water bottles and my large, heavy metal water bottles that we bought a second one. We like their durable construction and how easily we can customize them to suit our different drying needs.
