Compared to the regular Bistro, the Bistro Pro LiteRide has a non-removable orange soft foam LiteRide™ insole and an adjustable Velcro strap. Sound and feel are completely different. My Bistro feels like a normal shoe and encourages brisk walking. The Bistro Pro LiteRide feels like a rubber shoe. It's soft and fluffy with less support and stability. The feeling reminds me of walking with rubber fins. As noted by some observers, a "squeezing" sound is heard when walking. With every step forward, the orange foam under the heel expands and makes a sound. My recommendation: avoid the Pro LiteRide version unless you're basically standing in one spot.
