Great option especially now that Amazon has Shut off Call Center services

The best part of this program was being able to have multiple users for one website but still be in charge at all times! I couldn't see any positives about it other than there maybe something you don’t know which could make your life easier as we are an online business so time matters greatly when running our reception desk system (and with having more clients). There isn't anything wrong really just take everything into consideration before using like support options etc if possible & budget available because they will help guide what would work well most suitable for us!! We use Alice to handle incoming calls from customers via phone call or web chat depending upon their preference/needs. This allows me to continue working while taking customer service requests during my lunch hours by allowing another staff member who takes over after i finish eating break also helps out immensely since she can answer questions.
