Well designed and constructed

THIS IS AN UPDATE. THE COOKIES BAAKED THIS MORNING ARE AMAZING AND FREE WITH NO SPATULATS. I make pizza in a pan this size; Another manufacturer's frying pan needs to be replaced due to age. The weather warmed up too quickly for me to use it this spring. But I can attest that it is well designed, very easy to maintain and beautiful. There is no doubt that a delicious pizza lasts a long time.
