This shirt is good for the gym but I wish it wasn't cotton. Cotton is the worst material when you sweat. I took it because I liked the strappy back, it's very cute. However, the built-in bra offers just as much support as these built-in bra tops. A little. I like more support when I'm running, doing yoga, or working out. It has those pesky fabric pads that warp and fall out in the wash, which doesn't make sense because it doesn't offer any kind of bra-like support. I wish the straps were tighter or something. They look adorable just loose for the "bra" straps. You can see in the photos where they also contract in the hips because they are too loose.
