Bare card but appears to be genuine
Firstly I am not qualified or equipped to review graphics cards. The seller was Revan. This listing does not include retail packaging, so you will receive a bare card only. No manual, no drivers, no DVI adapter. The packaging was secure enough and as far as I can tell this is a genuine PNY P2200 card. Initial tests showed it to be faster than the 5 year old Intel integrated graphics I was previously using. Spirit. I can't give instructions.
